Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. By entering the win 1 of 10 signed proof copies of Oath Breaker entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions as set out here.
  2. The competition is organised and operated by Hachette Children’s Books a division of Hachette Livre Pty Ltd, level 17, 207 Kent St, Sydney, NSW 2000.
  3. No purchase is required and there is no entry fee.
  4. Entry is open to all residents of Australia only and New Zealand only, except employees of Hachette Livre, their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion.
  5. Entry to the competition to 1 of 10 signed proof copies of Oath Breaker for entries submitted on the entry form online through www.torak.com.au.
  6. Entrants under the age of 14 must have parent/guardian permission to enter.
  7. All sections of the entry form marked with an asterix must be completed to enter.
  8. The final competition will be judged on the basis of skill after the closing date.
  9. There are 10 signed proof copies of Oath Breaker available.  One signed proof copy of Oath Breaker will be awarded to the 10 best entries from an Australia resident
  10. Hachette Children’s Books will choose the winning entries. There is no element of chance involved in the selection of the winners of the prizes.
  11. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
  12. Hachette Children’s Books accepts no responsibility for problems or technical malfunction of any communications network or any late, lost, incorrectly submitted, delayed, ineligible, incomplete, corrupted or misdirected entry whether due to error, transmission interruption or otherwise.
  13. Winners will be notified by e-mail, mail or by telephone if applicable no later than 10th October 2008.
